Position Summary

Nokturnal AI is seeking a dynamic and highly adaptable PM / FSR / BD Hybrid professional to serve as a key bridge between engineering, customers, and growth initiatives. This role combines program management, field support, and business development, requiring someone who can manage projects, represent the company in the field, and help drive new opportunities.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility position ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can operate both strategically and tactically.

Key Responsibilities

Program Management (PM)

  • Manage end-to-end program execution for UAS and related technology deployments
  • Coordinate across engineering, production, and leadership teams to meet deliverables and timelines
  • Track milestones, risks, and program performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with customer requirements, contracts, and regulatory standards
  • Provide regular status updates to internal stakeholders and customers

Field Service Representative (FSR)

  • Deploy to customer sites to support system delivery, setup, and operational readiness
  • Provide hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, and training to end users
  • Serve as the primary on-site representative of Nokturnal AI
  • Gather field feedback and relay insights to engineering and product teams
  • Support testing, demonstrations, and mission execution

Business Development (BD)

  • Support capture efforts and identify new business opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with government and commercial clients
  • Assist in proposal development, including technical inputs and pricing coordination
  • Represent Nokturnal AI at industry events, demos, and customer meetings
  • Help shape go-to-market strategies based on field and customer insights

Qualifications

  • 3–7+ years of experience in program management, field operations, business development, or a related role
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, robotics, or unmanned systems strongly preferred
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to operate independently and adapt in fast-changing environments
  • Willingness to travel frequently (as needed for field support and customer engagement)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior experience as a Field Service Representative or in customer-facing technical roles
  • Familiarity with DoD programs, contracting, or acquisition processes
  • Technical background in engineering, aviation, or related field
  • Experience supporting proposals, capture, or growth initiatives
  • Active or prior security clearance (preferred but not required)

Work Environment and Schedule

  • Onsite, full-time position
  • Manufacturing and lab environment

Pay and Benefits

  • Hourly pay range: $22.35 to $30.25 per hour
