Project Manager

About

Our client is looking for a Project Manager to join the team. Applicants should possess the following primary skills and qualifications:

Requirements

• Valid PRINCE2 Foundation/Practitioner or PMP certification
• Valid PROSCI (ADKAR) Organizational Change Management certification
• 10+ years of experience managing information technology projects in a healthcare environment, including reporting progress to senior clinical management and ensuring the safe implementation of software solutions in a clinical environment. Candidates must provide at least three examples covering a total duration of at least 10 years.
• 5+ years of experience implementing or upgrading the Altera Sunrise suite of products in an acute care environment, coordinating implementation with clinical resources and management, and ensuring staff readiness for the new system.
• 5+ years of experience directly testing or coordinating the testing of integration of healthcare information systems using the Health Level 7 (HL7) standard.

Nice To Have Secondary Skills:

• 5+ years of experience leading the implementation of a healthcare information system at a provincial or state-wide level, including developing operational and clinical requirements for the standardization of clinical services.
• 5+ years of experience implementing large healthcare solutions in a clinical setting, managing high level clinical stakeholders and large multi-stream project teams.

Proven Experience In:

• Facilitate the improvement and enablement of healthcare delivery transformation through the use of information and communication technology. The focus is to provide efficient, effective information management and communication technology processes across the provincial health sector.
