IBM iX – Experience the Human Factor. As Project Manager, you will be responsible for the whole project cycle, predominantly from a project management perspective. What’s the coolest about it? Due to the specifics of our project landscape, please be noted that for this position we can only consider candidates that are both English and German proficient (C1). We are looking for you to join our team as soon as possible in full-time, ideally in Wels or Vienna and partially home-office (3 days per week).

Your tasks

• Develop detailed project plans with clear scope definitions, set milestones and prioritize different requirements, taking into account schedules, resource allocation and budget requirements
• Hold regular client meetings in which you will advise the client teams on the various options, opportunities, costs and risks, acting as a trusted advisor
• Manage release and deployment processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards, contractual agreements, KPIs and SLAs
• Proactively identify, analyze and assess project risks, develop appropriate mitigation and emergency plans and communicate significant risks in a timely manner
• Ensure regular, transparent project controlling and reporting (profitability, budget, time, scope, quality, risk) and identify opportunities for improvement in the software development cycle
• Take care of scoping, user story refinements, estimations and change management including change request handling when planning and implementing digital projects
