We are looking for a committed Project Manager (m/f) for an internationally active mechanical and plant engineering company with a modern location in Eastern Switzerland. The company develops and implements innovative system solutions for the food industry and stands for the highest quality standards, technological expertise and a strong customer focus.

Your area of responsibility

• Responsibility for the planning, management and implementation of customer projects from the offer phase to final acceptance
• Ensuring complete and comprehensible technical system and line concepts
• Coordination of work packages for the technical design, dimensioning and implementation of production facilities
• Checking and validating technical content and functional descriptions in offers and project documentation
• Coordination and clarification of technical requirements with customers and internal departments
• Coordination of deadlines and delivery processes with internal departments and external partners
• Ensuring structured project execution in terms of quality, costs and scheduling

Your profile

• Degree in mechanical engineering (FH/Uni)
• Experience in the planning, project planning and implementation of plant engineering or automation projects
• Technical understanding of industrial production and packaging processes
• Willingness for occasional business trips (approx. 15-20%)
• Confident handling of technical documentation and specifications
• Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and coordination skills in dealing with customers, suppliers and internal teams
• Independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
