Project Manager, Footprint & Capital Execution

Act as the primary point of contact for facility expansion and capital projects, ensuring construction, equipment move/installation, and validation are executed in alignment with manufacturing capacity, operational, and regulatory requirements. Partner with cross-functional teams and external vendors to manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks throughout project execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of facility expansion and equipment integration projects from design through construction and startup
• Support cross-functional alignment across operations, engineering, quality, regulatory, and supply chain
• Coordinate activities across third parties, including JLL, general contractors, architects, MEP teams, and equipment vendors
• Maintain and manage project schedules to align with production and capacity requirements
• Track and manage project budgets, including reviewing and submitting change orders and cost impacts for leadership approval
• Ensure facility layout and equipment placement align with operational flow and manufacturing needs
• Identify project risks and issues, assess impact, and drive mitigation actions
• Coordinate construction, equipment installation, and validation timelines
• Lead project meetings, track action items, and communicate updates to stakeholders
• Generate reports on project status, including schedule, cost, risks, and readiness
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in manufacturing, operations, or industrial engineering
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives; experience with construction or expansion programs preferred
• Experience with manufacturing footprints, cell layout, and process flow, including impact on throughput and capacity
• Familiarity with capital projects, facility expansions, or equipment installations
• Strong project management, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience in regulated industries preferred
