Responsibilities

• Management of C&I photovoltaic projects from sales to commissioning
• Ensure compliance with costs, deadlines, quality, and provide regular reporting
• Coordinate external stakeholders (clients, network managers, authorities, funding organizations)
• Provide technical support to the sales team and participate in site visits, definition of technical solutions, and field follow‑up
• Plan, organize, and monitor internal teams and subcontractors; ensure site supervision, receptions, and compliance with standards, safety, and client requirements
• Maintain smooth communication with clients, partners, and internal teams; contribute to client relations throughout the project
• Monitor and manage the financial aspects of projects, control costs, and ensure project closure

Requirements

• Technical background (HES/ES engineer or equivalent) in electricity, energy, or a related field
• Experience in B2B project management, ideally in photovoltaics or a similar technical environment
• Good knowledge of the Swiss market and ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills, ability to manage priorities and handle unforeseen events
• Solution‑oriented approach, strong quality sense, and client focus
