You will lead multi-unit residential and commercial electrical projects from initial planning through completion. Collaborate with site teams, manage schedules and budgets, and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. This role involves coordinating materials and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical projects from start to finish
• Coordinate efforts of field crews and office teams
• Manage project budgets and labor forecasts accurately
• Prepare and oversee change orders and documentation
• Communicate regularly with clients and general contractors

Requirements

• Red Seal Electrician certification required
• At least 5 years in electrical project management
• Must hold a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel across Vancouver Island
• Experience on active construction sites and at heights
