Project Manager (m/f/d) for Embedded Systems

Your role in the team

• We are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for Embedded Systems.
• In this key role, you will be responsible for planning, managing, and successfully executing our embedded projects.
• You coordinate interdisciplinary teams, ensure efficient workflows, and keep an eye on budgeting.

• You take over the project management of development projects and are responsible for budget, deadlines, and quality.
• You lead interdisciplinary project teams confidently and goal-oriented.
• You act as the central interface between clients, development, and sales, and manage external subcontractors.
• You create project calculations and project plans in close collaboration with the specialist departments.
• You develop proposals and present them directly to the customer together with the sales team.
• You utilize modern project management methods — from traditional models like Waterfall and V-Model to agile approaches such as SCRUM.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• A project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PMI-PMP/ACP, or PRINCE2) is advantageous.
• Knowledge of relevant safety standards such as IEC 61508, ISO 26262, or IEC 62304 is desirable.
• You possess strong organizational skills, work independently, and demonstrate initiative to actively contribute to the development and achievement of the company's goals.
• Excellent German and English skills in spoken and written form complete your profile.

Experience

• You bring extensive experience in leading technical projects and know how to sustainably motivate teams and drive them to success.

Education

• You have a degree in engineering, economics, or a comparable field of study.
