Project Manager

Project Manager Job Description:

• Review and evaluate cost estimates for all plumbing supplies and material
• Communicate with trade partners and team members regarding new and current projects
• Prepare plumbing estimates and purchase orders in detail for all products
• Prepare submittals
• Ensure timely completion of estimates of each plumbing phase
• Understand the plumbing scope of work to bid
• Manage bid plumbing pricing from all vendors
• Establish and maintain working relationships with vendors and subcontractors

Qualifications:

• Must be able to read architectural and plumbing/ mechanical plans and develop cost estimates
• Must have a strong understanding of residential and commercial construction processes
• Must be able to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
• Must have excellent problem-solving skill

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
