Project Manager – Residential Renovations
Location: Cape Town (Remote/Hybrid)
An international property company is seeking a Project Manager to oversee multiple residential renovation projects. This role involves managing projects from design handover through to completion, ensuring homes are renovated, furnished, and ready for market within tight timelines.
Working closely with an international team, you will coordinate contractors, manage project timelines and budgets, and ensure all work is completed to a high standard.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities: • Manage multiple renovation projects from start to completion • Coordinate contractors, suppliers, and materials to ensure projects run smoothly • Monitor timelines, budgets, and quality standards • Track daily progress and resolve issues efficiently • Work closely with design, operations, and finance teams • Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to a high-quality standard
Desired Experience & Qualification
Requirements: • Minimum 3+ years’ project management experience, ideally within residential renovations or construction • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills • Experience coordinating contractors and managing project timelines • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Comfortable working with project management systems and digital tools • Fluent English (written and spoken)
