KJ is looking for an Asset Management professional to join our vibrant Management Consulting Team, primarily responsible for leading projects and programs across the country. This position presents an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, lead project delivery, and mentor team members.

Key Responsibilities:
Asset Management Consulting:
- Assist in the development and implementation of asset management plans and programs, including asset inventories, life-cycle cost calculations, service level settings, project prioritization, and long-term financial planning to ensure the efficient use and sustainability of organizational assets.
- Engage in business development activities such as client interactions, collaboration with marketing, proposal preparation, and participation in interviews.
- Contribute to effective utility management studies (EUM) through gap analysis, strategy development, and execution support.
- Provide advisory services on the selection, implementation, and long-term use of computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
- Utilize reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) and reliability-centered design (RCD) principles to formulate maintenance strategies.
- Oversee and develop junior staff.
- Travel as required for client meetings, site visits, and conferences.
Project Management:
- Execute project management activities including negotiating contracts, managing project quality and financial performance, coordinating with subconsultants, and addressing budget and schedule challenges.
- Build, mentor, and supervise project teams while fostering a collaborative and productive environment.
Qualifications:
- B.S. in Engineering, Geography, Management Information Systems, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 10+ years of experience in consulting with municipal utilities or within a municipal utility setting.
- Strong technical knowledge of the water/wastewater sector.
- Demonstrated ability to provide exceptional client service and to positively engage with clients.
- Effective team collaboration skills with excellent communication abilities.
- Certification in one or more of the following: Professional Engineer (PE), Reliability Centered Maintenance (RCM), Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE), or Institute of Asset Management Certification (IAM).

Kennedy Jenks promotes a healthy work-life balance with a hybrid model of office and remote work, requiring a minimum of two days per week in the office. This empowers our team to thrive, collaborate, and reach their full potential.
Salary range for this position is anticipated to be between $130,000 and $175,000, based on education, experience, qualifications, certifications, and geographic location.
This role is eligible for performance and incentive compensation.
