Key Responsibilities:

• Enforce health and safety protocols on job sites
• Coordinate project phases and monitor progress
• Conduct contract administration and claims management
• Develop team members through mentorship and support
• Represent NACG in client meetings and performance updates

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent
• 3 years of leadership in civil project management
• Expertise in contract negotiation and change management
• Ability to manage dynamic priorities effectively
• Clean Driver’s Abstract and valid Class 5 License
