About the role

What we do:

FFIND GmbH is a leading provider of quantitative market research services. We collect high-quality and reliable data in both the consumer and B2B sectors for companies that want to better understand their customers and make informed decisions. We use a wide range of methods to collect data. These include traditional methods such as CATI (Computer-Assisted Telephone Interviewing) and CAWI (Computer-Assisted Web Interviewing), as well as modern and immersive approaches using VR. Through our sister company in the UK, we also specialize in qualitative market research. FFIND is certified according to ISO 9001 and ISO 20252.

Where we work:

With offices in the United Kingdom, Germany, and Italy, we conduct more than one million interviews per year in over 80 countries. Our approximately 750 telephone interviewers work remotely around the world via our CATI@Home system. Social media recruiting and the use of online panels from renowned providers round out our data collection methodology. Our newest unit specializes in data collection in virtual environments.

Your responsibilities:

  • Managing and coordinating our national and international projects for our German operations.
  • Coordinating interfaces between all involved departments and working closely with the project team in Italy.
  • Maintaining close communication with our clients.
  • Monitoring budgets and costs.
  • Quality management.
  • Representing the company during client visits and at industry trade fairs.
  • Reporting to the responsible line manager.
  • Supporting and onboarding junior employees.

Your qualifications:

  • At least three years of experience in market research, ideally in the CATI field.
  • Sound knowledge of SPSS and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Very strong analytical skills.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel.
  • Fluent written and spoken German and English.
  • Knowledge of Italian would be an advantage, but is not required.
