About the Role

Manage strip out and refurbishment projects as a dedicated Project Manager. Ensure timely operations, quality delivery, and prioritize safety while building effective client relationships.

In this role, you will lead refurbishment initiatives across regions such as Berkshire and Wiltshire, handling projects valued at up to £10m. You will oversee site setups, manage labor and resources, and ensure subcontractors meet performance standards. Effective communication with clients and stakeholders is crucial for project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall project execution and daily activities
• Coordinate labor allocations and commercial management aspects
• Monitor subcontractor performance and compliance
• Draft progress reports for team and client discussions
• Champion safety practices across all project areas

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction and refurbishment management
• History of successfully delivering projects up to £10m
• Relevant project management qualifications preferred
• Strong communication and team management skills
• Ability to foster strong client relationships
