International Deployment Project Manager – German-Speaking

Role Details

• Contract: Permanent (CDI)

• Languages: German C2 – English C1/C2 – French B2+

To support their growth, they are looking for an International Deployment Project Manager – German-Speaking. Are you fluent in German and passionate about leading international projects in a European HR Tech environment?

You will be the key point of contact for their German-speaking clients throughout the deployment of their HR SaaS solutions, from needs assessment to go-live.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

• Lead deployment projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, timelines, and client satisfaction.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions, while coordinating internal teams (Product, Support, Sales).
• Anticipate risks, ensure smooth communication, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of Delivery processes.

Your profile:

• 3 to 7 years of experience in international project management, ideally in a SaaS, Tech, or HR environment.
• Fluent German (C2), professional English (C1/C2), and operational French (minimum B2+).
• Strong analytical mindset, technical curiosity, and excellent interpersonal skills.
• You enjoy collaborating, understanding, solving problems, and delivering results — with high standards and a positive attitude.
