Role

We are looking for a full-time Project Manager Global Store Design Execution (m/f/d). In this role, you will drive the strategic planning and operational execution of global store design initiatives, including seasonal window campaigns and selected special projects for our international store network. With your business-oriented background, you will manage budgets, timelines and processes and act as an interface between global functions, markets and external partners. The position offers a responsible and varied role in an international environment at our global headquarters in Metzingen.

What awaits you

  • Project management for the global rollout of seasonal window displays for around 500 stores worldwide as well as selected special projects
  • End-to-end timeline management from the end of the prototype phase to the go-live at the point of sale
  • Budget responsibility to ensure adherence to defined market budgets
  • Market communication including coordination of internal order processes and “customer service” for our HUGO BOSS contact persons
  • Supplier management in all relevant commercial aspects of the projects, including coordination with central logistics and warehouse partners
  • Creation of tools (e.g. Excel) and analysis of SAP data, including the development and coordination of special invoicing processes for intercompany, franchise and wholesale partners
  • Ongoing communication with our global subsidiaries and internal departments as well as external partners, ensuring smooth project flow with a focus on budgets, costs and project status, including the preparation of clear guidelines and project documentation
  • Project management from our headquarters in Metzingen, including occasional business trips for supplier visits and coordination with subsidiaries (depending on the project, max. approx. 5 days per year)

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant business/economics field or comparable education, plus 3+ years of professional experience
  • Proven experience in project management, ideally in international or cross-functional projects with multiple interfaces and stakeholders
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills, including confidence in working with numbers, reports and KPIs
  • Very good Excel, SAP and strong analytical skills, as well as solid general MS Office skills
  • High level of teamwork, independence, structured and responsible way of working – you are an organizational talent and able to manage several topics in parallel
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with internal and external partners in an international environment
  • Fluent English (written and spoken), German language skills are an advantage
