We are seeking an execution-focused Project Manager to support governance-driven initiatives within a large-scale, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for someone who excels at coordination, stakeholder management, and maintaining audit-ready project structures rather than deep technical delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage 2–3 concurrent projects across 20+ cross-functional teams
- Drive governance, compliance, and audit readiness across initiatives
- Lead daily/weekly meetings (command center calls, working sessions, governance check-ins)
- Track deliverables, risks, dependencies, and action items (RAID)
- Act as the central communication point across business, product, and tech teams
- Prepare bi-weekly status reports and executive-level updates
- Proactively follow up, escalate blockers, and ensure accountability
- Maintain project documentation, templates, and reporting artifacts
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Project Management / PMO / Coordination experience
- Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination
- Proven ability in status reporting, project tracking, and governance practices
- Excellent communication and meeting facilitation skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up and execution mindset.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in banking / financial services / regulated environments
- Exposure to audit, compliance, or governance frameworks
- PMP certification (nice to have).
- Familiarity with JIRA and Google Workspace tools.
