Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Managers to support a large-scale regional healthcare digital transformation program, including the rollout of Meditech Expanse across hospitals in Northwestern Ontario.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project delivery, from initiation through to closure
  • Familiarity with Meditech or other Health Information Systems (HIS)
  • Experience with clinical systems and/or device deployments
  • Manage a variety of projects including software, hardware, and device deployments
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams including IT, clinical stakeholders, and senior leadership
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Support system testing, integration, and go-live rollout activities
  • Participate in governance forums, steering committees, and status reporting
  • Manage multiple concurrent projects and workstreams in a fast-paced environment

Skills & Qualifications

  • PMP certification (required)
  • 5–10+ years of Project Management experience
  • Demonstrated experience delivering enterprise-level projects
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across executive and technical audiences
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience in healthcare or hospital environments
  • Experience supporting multi-site implementations or rollouts
  • Experience working in regulated environments
