Project Manager (Healthcare/Medical programmes)- Contract: 3 months

About

We are looking for a proactive and highly organised Project Manager or Junior PM to support a fast-growing UK-based healthcare technology consultancy on an exciting international project.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-moving, purpose-driven environment and wants exposure to a global healthcare programme. The role will involve coordinating project activity, gathering information from multiple stakeholders, tracking progress, and helping ensure key workstreams stay organised and on track.

The ideal person will be structured, confident, detail-oriented, and comfortable following up with different stakeholders across teams and countries.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate project activities across multiple stakeholders and regions
• Gather information, updates, and data from internal and external stakeholders
• Track actions, timelines, follow-ups, and deliverables
• Support meeting preparation, notes, reporting, and project documentation
• Help identify delays, gaps, risks, and outstanding information
• Maintain clear communication across different teams and time zones
• Provide general project coordination and administrative support where needed

Requirements

• Previous project management or project coordination experience
• Strong organisational and follow-up skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Comfortable engaging with different stakeholders
• Able to manage multiple moving parts and deadlines
• Confident working remotely and independently
• Available to start as soon as possible
• Healthcare, medical, healthtech, public health, pharma, or clinical project experience would be highly advantageous, but is not essential

Ideal Candidate

This role would suit a strong PM's, or stong Junior PM's, programme coordinator, or operations/project support professional who can bring structure, momentum, and clear communication to a fast-moving project.
