Our client is looking for a Project Manager ( Healthcare, PMP, Prosci) to join their team.

Contract Details

Contract until Dec 2026 with possible extension upto March 2027

Must Have Primary Skills

• Valid PMP Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response.
• Valid ProSci (ADKAR) Change Management Certification. Proof of the certification shall be provided with the response
• 10 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering information systems and operational transformation projects.
• 8 years’ experience as a Project Manager delivering process improvement and patient safety healthcare initiatives that directly impact patient care
• 5 years’ experience working with large teams of clinical stakeholders (50+) including front line clinicians, physicians, senior managers and executive leaders to implement clinical transformation projects with a provincial scope

Nice To Have Secondary Skills

• 1 year of experience implementing cardiovascular health projects including strategic planning, and project delivery activities

Proven Experience In
