Desired Profile

• Engineering degree in Microtechniques, Electronics, Mechanics, or Automation
• IPMA certification or equivalent is a significant asset
• 3-5 years of experience in managing large-scale automation projects
• Excellent communication skills
• Pragmatic, organized, and methodical
• Good prioritization skills and ability to make technical and strategic decisions
• Languages: French and English, other languages are an asset
• Open to occasional international travel

Main Responsibilities

• Supervise project phases and act as the primary client contact from order reception through installation and warranty period with clients worldwide.
• Manage diverse projects to deliver services or equipment, with full responsibility for costs, planning, deadlines, and resources.
• Plan and manage project phases and milestones to minimize costs while respecting functional performance requirements, high quality standards, and client satisfaction.
• Supervise and coordinate project team activities, track phase progress, identify deviations, and propose corrective actions.
• Collaborate with clients and suppliers on strategic and directional project decisions.
