The Consulting & Solutions service line of Akkodis France is strengthening its regional teams and is recruiting a Project Manager in the Manufacturing & Production sector. This permanent position will allow you to manage purchasing productivity projects within a dynamic industrial organization. You will report to the Productivity team, with the main mission of achieving budget objectives while respecting quality, cost, and deadline imperatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and direct purchasing productivity projects (QVE, supplier transfers) from start to finish.
- Manage human, financial, and material resources to ensure project success.
- Ensure communication between internal and external stakeholders, including Quality, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Technical Services, and Business Units.
- Identify, assess, and manage project-related risks.
- Monitor project progress, ensure deadlines are met, and control the quality of deliverables.
- Prepare and present progress reports to decision-makers, in collaboration with the Material Productivity Leader (MPL).
- Coordinate and lead multidisciplinary teams in a transverse capacity.
- Manage project modifications and adjustments according to industrial needs and priorities.
Work Environment
You will work in a demanding industrial context, within cross-functional teams involving Supply Chain, Quality, Purchasing, Technical Services, and Business Units. Project management methodologies (classic and agile) are used, with strong interaction between the different players to ensure performance. Weekly meetings, follow-up points, and regular reporting punctuate the activity. The focus is on collaboration, transverse leadership, and priority management.
