Introduction
You will join the Operations Management department, a team energized by idea‑exchange, value creation for our clients, and operational excellence. In a group of roughly 30 people, you will report to the Director of Client Services and play a key role in the operational success of deployments and daily user satisfaction. You will lead strategic implementation projects for manufacturers or solution roll‑outs for retailers and support a portfolio of clients in using data.
