We are looking for a Project Manager who thrives at the intersection of technical precision and high-level stakeholder management. This is a role for a "fixer"—someone who can navigate the complexities of a luxury site while maintaining a calm, professional presence for our clients.

What You'll Do

As a Senior PM, you will be the driving force behind our most prestigious projects from groundbreaking to handover. Your focus will be:

• Operational Excellence: Full-cycle management of premium residential builds and complex renovations.
• Site & Trade Coordination: Leading a diverse team of highly skilled sub-contractors and artisans to ensure our "quality-first" standard is met every day.
• Financial & Timeline Control: Rigorous management of budgets and schedules, ensuring projects stay on track without compromising the design intent.
• Stakeholder Liaison: Acting as the primary point of contact for high-net-worth clients, architects, and engineers. Youll translate complex technical challenges into clear, professional updates.
• Problem Solving: Proactively identifying site bottlenecks and implementing solutions that keep the momentum moving forward.

Who You Are

• Experienced: You have 5–7+ years of hands-on experience in the construction industry, with a proven track record in the luxury residential sector.
• Technical: You have a deep understanding of residential building methods and the nuances of high-end finishes.
• A Natural Leader: You know how to get the best out of tradespeople on-site while remaining professional and composed under pressure.
• Cape Town Based: You are local and ready to spend significant time on-site across Cape Towns premier suburbs.
• Communicator: You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, essential for managing client expectations in the premium market.
