For our client, a company based in the greater Stuttgart area, we are looking for a freelance Project Manager HR Operations (w/m/d) starting immediately for an assignment duration of four months. This is a project-based role. Support and placement, as well as all our other services, are free of charge for you as an applicant.

Your Responsibilities as Project Manager HR Operations (w/m/d)

• Maintenance and administration of employment contracts, contract amendments, and terminations
• Administration of employee files and all HR-relevant data
• Contact person for employees on HR-related issues
• Organization and maintenance of absences
• Support with monthly payroll
• Contact person (w/m/d) for queries regarding payroll
• Support for the Head of Operations in day-to-day business
• Planning and implementation of own projects focusing on the implementation of Workday
• Organization and coordination of business trips

Your Profile

• Interest in HR, Operations, and company processes
• Structured, reliable, and independent way of working
• Organizational talent and a good sense for priorities
• Strong communication skills and service orientation
• Discretion in handling sensitive data
• Fluent German language skills, both written and spoken
