Project Manager HR & Payroll (Alle) (80-100%)

What to expect:

  • You lead implementation projects at customers independently and goal-oriented (on-site and digital)
  • You install and parameterize the Abacus software with a focus on HR & Payroll and train our customers' employees
  • Responsibility for adherence to the project plan and project budget
  • Analysis of existing customer processes, recording of new needs and documentation thereof
  • Use of IT tools such as Jira, Confluence and Office products
  • You accompany projects from the initial analysis through implementation to go-live as a main and sub-project manager
  • You discover Switzerland with us, as your travel share is 30%

What makes you stand out:

  • You have a background in payroll accounting and/or HR, with a completed apprenticeship (Fachmann/Fachfrau level)
  • You have professional experience in payroll accounting and in the various areas of HR in connection with the implementation of ERP products
  • You have in-depth experience with Abacus software
  • You work independently, are motivated, resilient, and have a quick grasp of things
  • You act customer-oriented and have fluent German language skills, Italian and Austrian skills are an advantage
