About the Role

You join the Purple Academy as a Human Resources Project Manager.

Responsibilities

On a daily basis, your missions are to:

  • Support leadership development: Work in close synergy with the HR teams to identify needs, specify requests, and propose customized development solutions, aligned with the business strategy;
  • Design transversal programs: Contribute to the construction of development actions responding to strategic challenges;
  • Facilitate or co-facilitate: development devices (programs, modules, workshops) and collective intelligence sessions (seminars, working groups) for management committees or circles of leaders, talent communities, using coaching and facilitation approaches;
  • Pilot and optimize: Contribute to the operational implementation of actions, their promotion and organization, and evaluate their impact to ensure continuous improvement.

As an HR Project Manager and within a team of 6 people, you will be a key player in the design and deployment of impactful development devices.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

About you

Higher education, you have at least 7 to 10 years of experience in project management or HR development.

You master:

  • Program Engineering on HR topics;
  • change support and development, facilitation tools;
  • the animation of collectives;

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen, you are:

  • Rigorous, responsive, curious and creative;
  • In ability to challenge your practices;
  • Comfortable for teamwork;

You master English with a C1 level of English.
