We are looking for a skilled Project Manager with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in HVAC ducting projects, particularly within cleanroom and pharmaceutical settings. This role involves coordinating with contractors and clients to ensure milestones are met, while enforcing safety regulations and maintaining documentation. Your strong background in QA/QC processes will be essential in delivering high-quality outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee full lifecycle of HVAC ducting projects
• Enforce safety compliance and site management practices
• Ensure compliance with project documentation and standards
• Administer contract terms and manage progress claims
• Facilitate communication among project stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 3–5 years of relevant HVAC experience
• Knowledge of QA/QC standards such as SMACNA
• Experience with construction safety and compliance
• Excellent coordination and leadership capabilities
