Project Manager

Job Description

To plan, manage, and execute full lifecycle projects from inception through implementation, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, and budget while supporting organizational improvements and service innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end (planning, analysis, design, testing, implementation, transition)
• Develop project plans including scope, schedules, cost estimates, and deliverables
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and define requirements
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage milestones, risks, and dependencies
• Monitor project budgets, cost controls, and change management processes
• Provide regular status updates to leadership
• Manage vendor relationships, procurement coordination, and contract execution
• Ensure documentation, compliance, and quality assurance across projects

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience managing multiple large, complex projects
• Strong knowledge of project lifecycle, methodologies, and business analysis
• Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Experience in risk management, budgeting, and contract oversight
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
• PMP certification or equivalent experience
• Bachelor s degree or equivalent experience

Desired Qualifications

• Agile/Scrum/SAFe knowledge or certifications (PMI-ACP, CSM, etc.)
• Experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
• Knowledge of mortgage/real estate lending systems
