Project Manager I

Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Project Manager I to help us manage exciting end-to-end projects for our customers. In this role, you will ensure projects are completed on time and within scope while providing regular updates to clients and internal departments. You will play a key leadership role in fostering a professional workplace atmosphere.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage projects for permanent services from customer order through billing, including implementations, contract renewals, and de-implementations.
• Collaborate effectively with clients, sales, and departments to ensure alignment on project scope and requirements.
• Serve as the lead Project Manager for all implementations and de-implementations, tracking and reporting project progress.
• Engage cross-functionally with departments to guarantee services are executed accurately.
• Create and implement detailed project plans and provide necessary reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Oversee internal processes and teams to ensure timely project initiation and completion while communicating any associated risks.
• Analyze data to create vendor bid documents and ensure profitability.
• Lead meetings with teams and clients to monitor project developments against deadlines.
• Assist with special projects within the Launch department or across teams as necessary.
• Work independently to achieve project timelines and deliverables.
• Present project outcomes to clients and provide clear explanations.
• Communicate standardized processes to both internal and external clients and support Sales in managing client expectations.
• Address and resolve issues as they arise.
• This role does not involve direct supervisory duties, but you will lead and influence other teams to meet deadlines and requirements.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Project Management, Sustainability Accounting, Environmental Science, or a related field; or, in lieu of degree, a High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and 4 years of relevant work experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a project management role.

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Project Management (PMP or CAPM).
• Six Sigma Certification.

The expected base pay for this hybrid position is $68,400 - $78,000. This estimated range reflects good faith and may vary based on relevant experience and qualifications.
