Requirements

• PMP Certification is mandatory
• Minimum 7 years of experience working with State or Federal Government clients
• Bachelor s Degree required
• Strong experience managing large-scale IT projects using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
• Experience with project planning, budgeting, risk management, stakeholder communication, and SDLC projects
• Hands-on experience with MS Project, ServiceNow ITSM, UAT, quality assurance, and change management
• Experience leading cross-functional teams, vendor management, and executive reporting
• Prior experience managing COTS implementation and enterprise application development projects preferred
