Project manager in the international S/4HANA rollout

Your role in the team

• Overall management of company-wide business process and SAP S/4HANA rollouts with active contribution to the company's digital future; this involves not only managing a project but also driving a sustainable transformation of processes, systems, and collaboration.
• Design and management of all project phases according to the SAP Activate methodology under the leadership of an international project team as well as external partners.
• Direct reporting line to the head of the transformation program as well as active participation in the core program team with high visibility within management.
• Ensuring adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality objectives with a consistent focus on business value.
• Overall responsibility for Change Management, Communication, and User Adoption.

What we offer

• The collective agreement minimum salary for this position is EUR 4,445.95 gross (14 times per year). The actual remuneration depends on the respective qualification and professional experience.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Extensive expertise in project management, ideally in complex, international transformation projects.
• Travel readiness of about one week per month.
• Very good knowledge of German (C1) and very good knowledge of English (C1) for internal and external communication.

Experience

• Excellent theoretical knowledge as well as several years of practical experience in SAP S/4HANA rollouts and business transformation management.
• Extensive experience in process management, analysis, and optimization of business processes.

Education

• Completed university or university of applied sciences degree with a focus on project management, IT/digitalization, or business processes.
• Project management certification (e.g., IPMA, PRINCE2) as well as advanced training (e.g., SAP Activate, Change Management).
