Your Tasks

• Leading demanding projects with a focus on process and goods flow optimization, industrialization, investments, and continuous improvement initiatives in aircraft assembly.
• Stabilizing, standardizing, and aligning assembly processes into a scalable blueprint (value stream and material flow optimization, manufacturing principles, process and layout design).
• Professional leadership of complex, cross-departmental relocation projects across the entire value chain of aircraft assembly.
• Responsibility for the entire project lifecycle – from initiation through analysis, planning, and investment approval to realization and project completion.

What You'll Bring

• Completed technical degree (university/university of applied sciences) with business administration further education in industrial engineering, aerospace engineering, industrial engineering, or comparable.
• Several years of experience and a proven track record in leading and implementing demanding projects in an industrial environment, as well as experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Lean Production, manufacturing principles, and value stream design.
• Very good user knowledge of MS Office 365.
• Knowledge of SAP (S4/HANA PP, MM, EWM, ME), Siemens TC-/EasyPlan or AutoCAD/Factory layout planning tools is an advantage.
• Very good German and English skills (C1) in spoken and written.
