Your Responsibilities
- Project Management - Control: You independently lead input/output projects (e.g., MPS, MDS, Scanning/Capture, Follow-me-Print, Output Management) from handover by presales to successful completion – including responsibility for scope, time, costs, and resources.
- Implementation Rollout: You translate solution concepts into concrete project plans and are responsible for migration, rollout, technical implementation, and commissioning at the customer's site.
- Stakeholder Management: You coordinate all internal and external project participants (e.g., IT, Service, suppliers like Konica Minolta, YSoft, PaperCut) and work closely with presales.
- Presales Support: You support workshops, needs analyses, and tenders with your project know-how, effort estimations, and feasibility assessments.
- Risk & Change Management: You identify risks early, manage them actively, and are responsible for change request management.
- Quality Reporting: You ensure compliance with quality standards, SLAs, and compliance, and regularly report on status, KPIs, and budget.
- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: You maintain project documentation, secure lessons learned, and promote knowledge sharing within the team.
Your Profile
- Completed technical or business administration degree (HF/FH/Uni) or equivalent professional experience in the ICT environment.
- Sound knowledge of common (agile vs. traditional) project management methods (HERMES, PRINCE2, IPMA, or PMI). Certification is an advantage.
- Several years of experience in leading ICT projects, ideally in the area of Managed Print Services, Output Management, or Document Infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of IT architectures, networks, and digital processes.
- Technical understanding of network infrastructures, Identity Access Management, Print Server Architectures, Scanning/Capture Workflows, and Fleet Management Tools (e.g., SiteAudit).
- Very good knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project/Planner, DevOPS etc.).
- Experience with Follow-Me Print systems (e.g., YSoft, PaperCut etc.).
- Very good German and good English skills, both written and spoken, are mandatory.
- Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites.
- Driver's license category B.
