About the role

Company Description

Serving the Mid-Atlantic region since 2003, Kitchen and Bath Creations (KBC) has built a reputation for delivering high-quality cabinetry solutions backed by strong execution and customer service.

We partner with homeowners, builders, and industry professionals to deliver stock, semi-custom, and custom cabinetry solutions that balance design, functionality, and value. Our approach goes beyond being a supplier—we act as a true partner in helping clients bring their projects to life.

As we continue to grow, we are investing in building a best-in-class installation operation to match the strength of our design and product offering. This role is a key part of that effort, focused on delivering projects with consistency, quality, and a strong customer experience.

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during project execution
  • Communicate timelines, updates, and expectations clearly
  • Coordinate scheduling with subcontractors and internal teams
  • Ensure projects are ready prior to installation
  • Track progress and resolve issues proactively
  • Oversee inspections and manage punch lists
  • Support continuous improvement of processes and workflows

  • 3+ years of construction or remodeling project management experience
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Experience working with subcontractors

Preferred

  • Kitchen & bath or residential remodeling experience
  • Exposure to multi-family or new construction projects
  • Experience with project management software
  • Understanding of residential construction regulations, including MHIC requirements

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $80,000 – $100,000
  • Medical, dental and vision insurance
  • Company funded disability & life insurance
  • 401k
  • Paid time off

Why Join Us

  • Own your projects and the client experience – You will have full visibility and responsibility from start to finish, not just a piece of the process.
  • Be part of a growing operation – We are actively building a more structured and scalable installation program, and this role plays a key part in how that evolves.
  • Work across diverse project types – Gain experience managing residential, multi-family, and new construction projects within one organization.
  • Direct impact on how we operate – Your input will help improve processes, scheduling, and overall project execution as we continue to grow.
  • Clear path for advancement – As the company expands, there will be opportunities to grow into senior and leadership roles.
