Project Manager Interfaces

An international group is looking for an Interface Project Manager to orchestrate all the integration flows of its IT transformation program. This role is central in a context where the architecture relies on a highly integrated multi-vendor ecosystem. The target architecture includes: SAP (central ERP), Kinaxis (APS), external CRM, Ivalua, Esker, Kyriba, Notilus, SAP BTP (middleware), BI, CMO (processors), 3PL and local administrations. The MDM layer is cross-functional. The Interface PM is responsible for the consistency, security, and monitoring of all outsourced or in-house interface developments.

MAIN MISSIONS

• Pilot all program interfaces: mapping, prioritization, development tracking
• Coordinate flows between ERP (SAP), APS (Kinaxis), CRM, CMO, 3PL, BI and satellite solutions
• Supervise outsourced developments and technical teams dedicated to interfaces
• Identify and secure dependencies and integration risks between streams
• Participate in defining integration architecture (SAP BTP, API, EDI, data flows)
• Report to Program Management and contribute to technical steering committees

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Confirmed experience (7+ years) in managing IT interfaces in complex ERP programs
• Good command of integration patterns: API, EDI, middleware (SAP BTP, MuleSoft or equivalent)
• Functional knowledge of covered flows: ERP, Supply Chain (APS/TMS), CRM, Finance, BI
• Experience in coordinating outsourced development providers
• Ability to manage numerous cross-dependencies in a complex program environment
• Rigor, organizational skills, ability to synthesize and escalate relevant risks
• Experience in an international or pharmaceutical environment is a plus
• Professional English required
