Mission / Responsibilities

As part of a large-scale international telecommunications program, you will join as a Project Manager, driving delivery in a complex, multi-country environment with a strong software and integration dimension.

Project Delivery Leadership

• Lead end-to-end project delivery within an international telecom environment
• Define and maintain project structure, governance, and execution strategy
• Ensure alignment between business and technical stakeholders
• Drive delivery within an agile framework (SAFe)
• Maintain project momentum and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Stakeholder Management Coordination

• Coordinate stakeholders across client, integrator, and software vendor teams
• Facilitate communication between distributed and cross-functional teams
• Manage senior stakeholders and ensure clear reporting
• Handle risks, issues, and escalations proactively
• Support onboarding and collaboration during the early project phase

Required Skills

Project Delivery

• Proven experience managing complex IT/software programs
• Strong experience in Agile delivery, ideally SAFe
• Solid experience in international and cross-border projects

Telecommunications Knowledge

• Experience in telecom environments, ideally OSS/BSS
• Understanding of Fulfillment / Assurance processes
• Exposure to integration-heavy environments is a plus

Core Competencies

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership
• Structured, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset
• Ability to elevate effectively when needed

Education

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, or equivalent

Languages

• German: fluent
• English: fluent
