Project Manager (Investment Services) (f/m/x)

Requirements

• Several years of solid experience in leading cross-functional projects
• Proven track record in delivering transformation or change initiatives
• Strong expertise in project and change management methodologies (waterfall, agile, hybrid)
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Structured, analytical and solution-oriented mindset with a high degree of ownership
• Fluency in German and English

Responsibilities

• End-to-end responsibility for planning, managing and delivering projects or change initiatives of medium complexity and strategic relevance
• Functional leadership of cross-functional project teams across business, IT and operations
• Ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in line with quality expectations
• Active stakeholder management across business, IT and management
• Preparation of high-quality decision papers, management presentations and status reports for senior stakeholders and governance bodies
• Management of risks, dependencies and mitigation actions, ensuring robust project reporting
• Supporting program managers in broader transformation initiatives
