About the team

Private Banking – Head Office – PB Transformation

With a focus on Investment Solutions & Wealth Management , the team is responsible for strategic transformation initiatives with high functional and organizational complexity. The scope includes the evolution of investment and advisory models, digital platforms, end‑to‑end processes, as well as regulatory and operational requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Responsibility for leading and delivering strategic transformation projects and programs in Investment Solutions & Wealth Management with high complexity and material business impact
• Steering one or more interconnected initiatives in line with agreed timelines, budgets and quality targets
• Functional leadership and coordination of project and sub‑project managers in cross‑functional and, where applicable, international setups
• Close alignment with business, coverage, CIO, COO and IT units to ensure integrated end‑to‑end delivery
• Ownership of project and program reporting, including status, risks, dependencies and business impact
• Preparation of decision‑ready materials and presentations for senior management and relevant governance bodies
• Active stakeholder management across senior stakeholders as well as internal and external partners

Skills and experience

• Proven experience in managing complex projects or programs within Private Banking, Wealth Management or Investment environments
• Strong functional understanding of investment solutions, DPM, advisory and suitability processes as well as relevant regulatory requirements
• Very good knowledge of project, program and change management methodologies (waterfall, agile or hybrid)
• Excellent communication, facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Strong analytical capabilities, strategic mindset and a clear delivery focus
• Fluency in German and English, written and spoken
