Your daily life
By joining us in Gémenos, you will be part of a site located between the sea and the Provençal hills, bringing together our digital identity and security activities and our defense activities, combining both engineering and production, and fostering a collaborative and friendly work environment.
As part of the integration and deployment of a new project management tool within CDI, Thales is looking for an experienced Project Manager, capable of coordinating between an external integrator and internal IT teams, while ensuring optimal integration with existing ERP systems. The main objective is to guarantee an effective deployment and successful adoption of the solution across the organization.
Main missions:
- Analyze and understand business needs, coordinate the collection of user requirements, and ensure the solution's alignment with expectations, arbitrating choices when necessary.
- Lead the project from planning to resource, risk, budget, and dependency management, while ensuring regular reporting to management.
- Foster communication among all stakeholders and organize training and change management activities.
- Manage all technical aspects related to integration, working closely with the external integrator and internal teams to ensure proper interconnection with the ERP and compliance with IT, security, and non-functional requirements.
- Prepare the recurring post-project phase: structure support teams, organize skills transfer, and implement product evolution governance.
Your profile:
With a higher education in IT, engineering, or project management, you have solid experience in IT project management, ideally in systems integration or software solution deployment, with proven experience in managing external service providers and technology integrators.
Technical skills:
- Proven experience in IT project management, including budget control and cost management
- Perfect command of English, essential for working in an international context
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (particularly Oracle eBS Project module) and business processes related to project management and finance
- Effective management of the CDI operational environment and ERP integrations
Soft skills:
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills, with interpersonal ease to interact with various partners
- Strong organizational skills, assertive leadership, and ability to manage priorities and risks in demanding environments
- Proactive mindset, rigor, and autonomy in problem-solving
- Ability to unite and mobilize teams around common objectives
