Your Role

As part of projects in the aeronautics sector, Inetum Toulouse is strengthening its teams and is looking for an IT Project Manager.

You will work in a structured international environment, in direct support of the Program Manager, in a context of high governance stakes.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support for operational management and project structuring
  • Ensure project monitoring in compliance with the Waterfall methodology
  • Prepare and feed regular alignment meetings with the PM
  • Exploit and consolidate existing project data
  • Implement and maintain a reliable and sustainable KPI control tower
  • Structure project documentation
  • Organize and facilitate interviews, workshops, and meetings with teams
  • Define and formalize RASCI matrices
  • Produce reports

This is a permanent position based in Toulouse.

Qualifications

  • Higher education (Bac +5)
  • Proven experience as an IT Project Manager
  • Significant experience in Waterfall project management
  • Practice in project steering, reporting, and governance / KPI implementation and monitoring
  • Facilitation of workshops and multi-stakeholder exchanges
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace tools
  • Professional English

An experience in the aeronautics sector is a plus.
