For our client, a leading IT service provider in the public sector, we are looking for a Project Manager (m/f/d) for infrastructure and service projects for the Bonn location (40% remote share).
Responsibilities
- Planning, control, and execution of IT projects and sub-projects
- Takeover of PMO activities (e.g., risk management, workshops, reporting)
- Maintenance and mapping of projects in MS Project, SharePoint, and Jira
- Project controlling (deadlines, milestones, budget, deliverables)
- Management of risks, changes, dependencies, and configurations
- Stakeholder management and steering of conflicting goals
- Communication, reporting, and committee work
- Administrative support (e.g., appointment management, onboarding/offboarding, quality assurance)
- Creation of documents, templates, and specifications
- Support with cross-project special topics
Qualifications
- Completed studies in (business) informatics, IT-related fields, or business, or alternatively an apprenticeship in the IT sector
- At least 4 years of experience in IT project management, with at least 2 years in agile projects
- Experience in managing IT projects or sub-projects of medium complexity
- Sound knowledge of classic and agile PM methods
- Experience in the PMO environment
- Very good knowledge of: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), MS Project & SharePoint, Atlassian Jira
- PM certification (e.g., IPMA Level D, PRINCE2 Foundation or PMP)
- Agile certification (e.g., Scrum) desirable
- German C1 required
