Project Manager (Keyloop - Automotive DMS)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong expertise in Keyloop Automotive DMS implementations to lead end to end system deployment projects across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will manage planning, execution, stakeholder coordination, and successful delivery of Keyloop solutions within agreed timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle implementation of Keyloop DMS projects
• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, IT, operations, and external vendors
• Manage project plans, risks, issues, and change requests
• Ensure successful integration with finance, CRM, and aftersales systems
• Conduct regular project status meetings and reporting
• Ensure user acceptance testing and go live readiness
• Provide post implementation support and stabilization oversight
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with project governance standards

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field
• Minimum 5 to 8 years of project management experience
• Proven experience with Keyloop or CDK Global automotive systems
• Strong knowledge of automotive dealership operations
• Experience in ERP or DMS implementation projects
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• PMP certification is an advantage
• Strong problem solving and organizational skills
