The Role – Project Manager

As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a commercial construction project in Killarney. You will lead the site and project teams, ensuring all aspects of the build are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standard. This is a key leadership role where you will manage programme, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise directly with the client and design team to drive the project forward from early stages through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all on-site activities ensuring full compliance with Health and Safety regulations
• Manage the project programme, ensuring key milestones are achieved
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams to maintain workflow
• Monitor quality standards and ensure all works are delivered to specification
• Manage budgets, track costs, and report on project performance
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
• Prepare and present regular progress reports to senior management
• Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure smooth delivery

About You:

• Proven background as a Project Manager on commercial construction projects
• Degree qualified in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong track record delivering projects from start to finish with a main contractor
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Highly organised with strong programme and cost management ability
• Driven, detail-focused, and committed to delivering high-quality builds
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and meet strict deadlines
