Project Manager: Landfill Planning (80 - 100%)

Actively shape the future of landfill planning in Winterthur. In an exciting environment between strategy, planning, and operations, you take responsibility for key projects of the waste infrastructure for the Riet landfill in Winterthur and make an important contribution to sustainable disposal.

Your Tasks

• Further develop the landfill strategy as well as initiate and lead landfill projects
• Overall project management for expansion projects (phases 7/8/9) including planning of operational infrastructure
• Design and implement operational adjustments in landfill operations
• Ensure and further develop ongoing landfill operations in collaboration with the technical staff
• Participate in daily business as well as support procurement and take on deputizing roles

Your Profile

• University degree (Master) in engineering, process engineering, or comparable
• Several years of experience in landfill planning
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a holistic view
• High initiative as well as solution- and service-oriented working style
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in collaborating with diverse stakeholders
