Must Haves

• End-to-End Project Management Experience
• Proven ability to lead large-scale IT projects, including building and managing project plans, tracking milestones, mitigating risks, and coordinating cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong Business Analysis / Requirements Gathering Skills
• Hands-on experience working with business stakeholders to define, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications and system design.
• Experience with Agile/SDLC in Complex Environments
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and vendors.

Job Description

• This role is a hybrid IT Project Manager/Business Analyst responsible for leading large-scale application projects
• Supporting DDS business functions, including investigations, operations, and compliance.
• The position involves managing full project lifecycles, gathering and documenting requirements, and coordinating stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
• The ideal candidate brings strong project management, business analysis, and Agile/SDLC experience in a fast-paced, stakeholder-driven environment.
