Project Manager

Job Description

Supports L&TD technical and systems-related initiatives by leading end-to-end project delivery across multiple workstreams, including requirements intake, scoping, planning, and implementation.

Partners with business stakeholders, systems teams, and cross-functional partners to manage technical dependencies, integrations, and solution alignment.

Drives execution using structured project plans, facilitates working sessions, and ensures clear communication of risks, issues, and impacts.

Mains project momentum through proactive risk management, change control, and escalation.

Contributes to portfolio governance by delivering accurate status reporting, supporting intake prioritization, and ensuring alignment to enterprise project frameworks and tools (e.g., Agile or hybrid delivery models).

Requirements

• PMP Preferred
• Desired - HR or Learning and Talent Development Experience

Compensation

• $55/hr w2
• This is the targeted compensation range for this role per year. Please note that this range is provided as a guideline and the final offer will be based on several factors, including but not limited to, skillset and competencies, level of experience, education, certifications, and location.
