Key Responsibilities

• Ensure approval and alignment of solution documents while safeguarding project scope;
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring seamless communication and alignment of technical solutions with business needs;
• Oversee project planning, execution, and change management, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards;
• Monitor and control test execution, providing accurate reporting and maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Nice-to-have

• 5-8 years of experience as a Project Manager in banking or financial services;
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks in financial services;
• Previous experience in software implementation projects, with a focus on payment systems (SWIFT, SEPA);
• Fluency in German (preferably Swiss German) and English.
