Mandatory Qualification

• Level II- Between four (4) and seven (7) years of experience as a Project Manager
• Experience of at least 2 years working on State or Federal government projects as a project manager.
• 3 to 5 years experience working on Agile and Waterfall or a hybrid development and technical project manager.

Additional Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in information technology, Business or Public Administration, Project Management and/or Communications
• Current PMP or PBMMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
• Certified Scrum Master.
