Your Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for planning, bundling, and implementing series and release topics
• Structured definition and control of goals, milestones, dependencies, and risks
• Coordination of all release-relevant activities across departments
• Ensuring timely technical implementation, including quality, approval, and documentation
• Leadership of interdisciplinary project teams with clear task distribution and deadline tracking
• Transparent status, risk, and progress communication as well as escalation management
• Central interface to the Business Center, including preparation of decision and status information and tracking of effectiveness after release

Your Qualifications

• Several years of experience in project management, ideally in the series, product, or industrial environment
• Experience in managing complex, interdisciplinary projects
• Confident demeanor and assertiveness at eye level with development, quality, and production
• Very good understanding of technical products and series processes
• Experience with series changes, releases, or pilot runs is an advantage
• Structured way of working in planning, implementation, and follow-up
• Confident handling of project and reporting tools, such as Jira, MS Project, Excel, SAP is an advantage
• Ability to bring order and structure to complex situations
• Cooperative leadership style with clear results orientation
